At this time, due to the nature and size of our business, we are able to take returns for store credit. HOW QUICKLY ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?
We try to ship items as quickly as possible, hopefully within 2 to 4 business days. Since items are hand made, they need more time to ship to ensure the highest level of care is being performed during packing and shipping. Rugs and larger items do take longer due to the process of packaging. Please allow 5 to 10 days for these pieces. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more details.
WILL ITEMS THAT SELL OUT BE RESTOCKED?
As a brand we do our best to be conscious and intentionally with how much we consume, because of this we offer limited quantities in our curated collection. We do not guarantee that items will be restocked. Therefore, we urge you snag your favorites as soon as you see them on our site because we will sell out quickly.
DO YOUR PILLOWS, FLOOR CUSHIONS AND OTTOMANS COME WITH INSERTS OR FILLING?
At this time, inserts are sold separately for the following items. We hope to provide inserts in the near future to help streamline our customers order process. In the meantime our pillow covers, floor cushions and ottoman do include a large zipper allowing clearance for an insert or filling.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW TEXTILES?
It depends on which piece you got!
Woven Pillow Covers: Spot clean as necessary and dry clean only!
Leather: Use soft cloth to dust or clean leather. A small amount of warm soapy water will remove water stains and scuffs. Blot away spilt water or moisture as soon as possible. Chemicals can cause severe damage to your item, keep alcohol and acetone products away from leather.
Brass: Avoid dust and dirt build up and help prevent tarnishing by giving your pendant a quick maintenance clean once a month. Use a soft lint free cloth or duster, gently wipe or dust your pendant and the bulb.

Rugs: Spot clean as needed and dry clean. Shake often to remove dirt and debris. Vacuum as necessary with no brush and vacuum set to highest setting possible.
Sisal: Keep your basket dry! Since the baskets are made from natural material the water can deteriorate the quality and could make the colors bleed. If you will be using your basket as a plant pot, please place your plant in a plastic pot with a saucer to avoid the water touching the basket. Note, constant direct sunlight may cause the natural dye to fade.
Your basket will be folded in order to ship efficiently. This may cause your basket to be flattened. Reshaping is very simple, using a spray bottle, spray a little cold water on the inside and outside of the basket. Place the basket on a flat surface and begin to use your hands to reshape. You can also use a bowel or a pot with a similar shape to achieve the original appearance.
