Lavender has been shown to have therapeutic properties when it comes to easing stress and encouraging restful sleep. This herb has been used in traditional medicine for centuries to help soothe both body and mind.
How to use:
Scoop tea into strainer, infuser, or directly into mug. (Use 1 tsp of tea for every 6-8 oz of water) Bring water to a boil in a pot, teapot, or electric kettle. Pour boiling water over tea. Steep for 5-10 mins. (Strain tea before consuming if herbs were placed directly into mug) Enjoy!
