RETURNS
We always want you to be happy with your RTH goodies! Since all of our products are handcrafted and authentic one of a kind and have traveled very far they are subject to imperfections. Due to the nature of our small business, you assume the responsibility for your purchase, and all products are sold "as is". No refunds will be issued.
We only accept returns for store credit. You may contact us within 10 business days from the date of delivery via email, info@roottohome.com if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price. Please contact us prior to sending any items back to our studio to start the return process. A shipping label will be provided but please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be subtracted from the store credit issued upon the return of goods.
All rugs will incur a 15% restocking fee when returned, taken out of the store credit that will be issued upon return.
Refunds can not be given for original shipping charges.
DAMAGES
We try our best to try to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition. Please notify us within 5 business days from the date of delivery via email, info@roottohome.com.
Items described as 'one of a kind', 'vintage', or 'handmade' could have slight imperfections and variations that add to the unique nature of each piece. These imperfections such as tears, repairs, worn spots, unevenness and fading are part of the piece's history and add a richness and beauty that is unable to be duplicated and are not considered defects. We believe this adds to the value and helps make them special! These imperfections are not considered damages.
