ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the date you purchase your items. There is a chance that the processing time will be longer than 2 to 4 business during Sales and Holidays. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. 

SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing worldwide pandemic, shipping carriers are incredibly overwhelmed and shipping times are taking longer than normal. This is out of our control! Thank you so much for being patient with us and them. 

Once you have your tracking, please contact USPS with any issues with delivery times. Only upon request are orders are available for express shipping. To inquire if your order is applicable, please email info@roottohome.com BEFORE placing your order.

If you suspect your item has been mis-delivered, lost, damaged or stolen via in transit in the mail. Please file a claim with the shipping company. 

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order is returned to us because of the error return shipping will be paid by the customer. Root to Home is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages

If there are any delays or back ordered items in your order, you will be notified via email. Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with tracking information.

All orders shipping within the state of Texas are subject to sales tax.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING

For our international orders, please allow additional time to process and receive your purchase(s). Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail with a tracking number, when applicable based on country of delivery. International packages should arrive within 2-3 weeks

Shipping charges are automatically calculated via our automated system once items have been placed into the shopping cart and your location is input. Any shipping overages will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Rugs, due to their size and weight, might incur additional shipping charges when shipping internationally. For an accurate shipping quote, please contact us at info@roottohome.com prior to purchasing.

All duty taxes, fees and any declaration of value fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
