DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

At this time, due to the nature and size of our business, we are able to take returns for store credit. If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know, we want you to be satisfied and thrilled about all your unique pieces you purchase from us! HOW QUICKLY ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?

We try to ship items as quickly as possible, hopefully within 2 to 4 business days. Since items are hand made, they need more time to ship to ensure the highest level of care is being performed during packing and shipping. Rugs and larger items do take longer due to the process of packaging. Please allow 5 to 10 days for these pieces. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more details.

WILL ITEMS THAT SELL OUT BE RESTOCKED? 

As a brand we do our best to be conscious and intentionally with how much we consume, because of this we offer limited quantities in our curated collection. We do not guarantee that items will be restocked. Therefore, we urge you snag your favorites as soon as you see them on our site because we will sell out quickly. 

DO YOUR PILLOWS, FLOOR CUSHIONS AND OTTOMANS COME WITH INSERTS OR FILLING?

At this time, inserts are sold separately for the following items. We hope to provide inserts in the near future to help streamline our customers order process. In the meantime our pillow covers, floor cushions and ottoman do include a large zipper allowing clearance for an insert or filling.
